General Policies:
-Weekend Rate is $400 dollars per night. Two night minimum.
(add Thursday or Sunday for a discounted rate of $175)
-Weekday Rates are $200 Sunday through Thursday
-A deposit of $150 is required to hold your stay at the ranch.
Deposit is due 60 days prior to your stay.
-Check in is at 10 a.m. and Check out is at 4 p.m.
-Scrappin' on the Ranch is not responsible or liable for any items that are damaged or lost during your stay.
-If we find any items left behind, we will contact the group leader.
-If something gets broken or is need of repair please contact us so we can have it taken care of before our next scrapbooking retreat is scheduled. However, you will be responsible for any excessive damage to the property. An itemized list of damages and an invoice for the repairs will be sent to the group leader.
-Scrappin' on the Ranch is a non-smoking building
